1. General information

MySkinEssential (myskinessential.eu) is an online store offering Korean skincare, tretinoin and other targeted skincare products. These terms apply to every visit to our site and every order placed through it.

2. Products & descriptions

We do our best to keep product descriptions, images and ingredient information accurate and current, but we can’t guarantee that every detail is error-free at all times, and screen colours can vary. Products should always be used as directed on the packaging or accompanying guidance. They are not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any medical condition, and active ingredients such as tretinoin should be introduced gradually and with appropriate care.

3. Prices & payments

All prices are shown in euros and, unless stated otherwise, include applicable taxes. We may update prices at any time, though changes won’t affect orders already confirmed. Payments are processed through secure, trusted third-party payment providers — we do not store your full card details.

4. Shipping & delivery

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by destination — see our Shipping & Delivery page for estimated timeframes by country. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities or events outside our control.

5. Returns & refunds

Our full return and refund conditions are set out on our Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene and safety reasons, skincare items that have been opened or used generally cannot be returned unless the product itself was faulty, damaged or incorrect.

6. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable EU data protection law, including the GDPR. We only collect the information needed to process your order, support you as a customer, and — where you’ve opted in — send you updates about the shop.

7. Intellectual property

All text, images, graphics and branding on myskinessential.eu belong to MySkinEssential or its licensors. You may browse and share links to our pages, but you may not copy, republish or reuse our content commercially without our written permission.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MySkinEssential is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of this website or the products purchased through it. This does not affect any statutory rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by these terms.
